Intro:
We are looking for a megastar assistant to help us with several different tasks:
1. Create social media graphics and post them on
2. Answer customer
3. Simple internet research;
4. Minimal data entry for reports;
5. A few other “office tasks” as necessary.
We were looking to hire someone starting at $400/month. There will be opportunity to grow with the company.
Who we are:
We are an eCommerce company that has been selling on Amazon for two years. We currently sell physical products in the toys and games category and are expanding to kitchen. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours.
Who you are:
You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You have experience with social media and are willing to learn and do other office tasks.

The best candidate:
• Must have fantastic (American) English;
• Experience with Instagram and
• Experience using Canva to create high quality and consistent graphics;
• Being a parent is a desirable (but not mandatory) “expertise” to be able to communicate/understand followers
• Experience with Google Docs and Excel
• Must be willing to learn new things;
• Good web researcher
• Team Player
• Self-Motivated
