Live in Care and Personal Assistant

Live in care assistant:
- For a 44 year old man with partial disability. This is only a small part of the role as he is independent but requires
assistance with cooking and cleaning.
- Taking him on small day trips.
- Ensuring his health is cared for.

Personal assistant to me:
- Cleaning and supervising 3 rental rooms to a high standard.
- Liaising with customers of the rental rooms.
- Paying all bills on time
- Working on other business matters.

About you:
- Must speak English.
- You can be on your own or have a family live with you.
- You or your partner has a current driver’s license. We have a car and a tricycle. The car that can be used to pick up
customers from the airport.
- You or your partner has handyman skills that can help maintain the house and business.
- Good organization skills.

Benefits:
- Free rent of a 2 bedroom house to live in, near the beach.
- A base salary of 5000 peso per month.
- Also there will be opportunity for extra money for driving customers.
- Plus a Christmas bonus.

Who we are:
- We are the owners of Grande de Amore motel, restaurant, bar and videoke. The restaurant will be rented/leased out
therefore we will be only looking after the motel. The motel has 3 rooms, each with a bathroom. All bookings will be going
through Airbnb.
- The house is next door to Grande de Amore.
- We are looking for someone to start beginning of February 2020.
- Interviews will be the last week of January.
