Shopify website builder for new brand ( needs to know marketing)

Hello,

I am looking for a shopify designer / marketing expert to design a brand website.

This will be an entirely new brand based off a similar successful brand I run. Basically I know the products will sell I just want to build a larger brand and incorporate more product over time to it.

This website will have a large amount of products on it by years end (200 +). However, I will have about 70 products when the website is built.

The website will sell stickers, posters, tapestry, pins and similar items. Similar to websites such as

What I have so far:
(all of the branding can be changed with your recommendations)

1. Access to multiple shopify themes such as( ecom turbo, konversion, booster, and willing to purchase others if needed.)
2. Brand name
3. Domain
4. A few logos to pick from
5. Product data imported on shopify.
6. Over 2000 order data from previous purchases.
7. Product photos

What i need

1.High quality website, a brand will be built around it

2.Someone who will pay attention to fine details go above and beyond (no off center images, unreadable text, fuzzy images)

3.Someone who will make this project their own and make it the best they can. I want you to tell me anything you need to make this website top notch.

Questions

1.Based on your experience. What will be better a very beautiful user experience website, or bare minimum high speed with badges and countdown timers conversion website?

2.Do you have a few theme suggestions based on the information given?

3. Do you have a portfolio you can provide?

4. What makes you stand out from the other shopify designers who will apply?

5. How many hours do you believe something like this would take?



If you do a good job on this I will have a lot more work in the future for you. I like to give my shop a facelift every few months and need someone to open other websites for me.
