JOB OVERVIEW

I’m scaling up my Shopify store and am at the stage where I need somebody to help me.

We sell personalised / custom pet related products. We take a picture of the owners pet and make custom cushions, art work etc.

The main tasks I need help with are:

1. Customer services. Responding to emails and Instagram DMs. Emails mainly. Reassuring on orders and checking tracking status. Most customers are USA, Canada & UK, products ship from the US or UK so delivery takes 2 weeks. Handle refunds where needed etc.

Bonus if you’re able to handle inbound phone calls or return phone calls if voicemail left.

Some customers want previews too - would be great if you could do that too using simple software we have in place

2. Order handling. Sending orders and pictures to supplier. Keeping simple spreadsheet up to date. Sending tracking codes when they come in.

When an order comes in we ideally want to offer a personalised service. We contact the customer and tell them we have received their order. We then provide guidance on pictures which work well for our service.

3. Social media commenting / community building
