Facebook Ads Expert Needed for Services-Based Business

I'm an SEO consultant helping small businesses with their website. My budget is small.....maybe $30. Will pay more depending on what results you produce.

Their problem: They have zero time to manage, maintain, or do anything on their website and they know their website needs help.
My solution: Rebuilding their website and managing and optimizing their website on a monthly basis for a low rate.

The ideal person I will hire will have 100% confidence that they can :
- Build a landing page in either Wordpress or Clickfunnels that CONVERTS traffic into leads
- Create ad copy (text) for facebook ads that can grab someone's attention and make them want to click the ad.
- Find the right image that will grab someone's attention and make them want to click the ad.
- Setup the targetting so that the ad laser targets business owners who have interest in business (obviously) and making money and getting more customers.

Basically you are the person who could call a business who HATES digital marketing, tell them "I will get you 20 appointments by tomorrow evening" and make that shit happen and make the business owner kneel down and kiss your feet.

The ideal person should NOT be the kind of person that:
- says it will take weeks to get results
- says it will take hundreds of dollars to make this ad work

I'm on a small budget and NEED a person who can get leads in a short period of time. I'Upgrade to see actual info seen other agencies on facebook who have ads that get tons of comments asking for more information.....I want to duplicate their success.
