EMAIL - Customer service

We are looking for a virtual assistant with an excellent level of English for an eCommerce store based on Shopify.

Permanent basis.

Responsibilities :

email customer service - gmail and facebook

We already have the templates of responses for the 95% of emails.
Now we receive about 20-30 emails daily.

We will give you clear and detailed instructions before you will start to work.
You will need to work about 2-3 hours daily, 7 days a week.
We pay 1$ for 4 emails.

Requirements:

- Excellent level of English
- Accuracy and persistence
- Ability to learn fast, adapt and communicate

Before you will start to work, we will speak with you on skype to check your English skills.
