Order Processor

You will be required to use our provided Google sheet to track orders, as well as a time tracking software (Time Doctor). We also require a current speed test screenshot.
We need someone to process orders on the following days. This task typically takes between 1 -2 hours. Please note, Saturday requires a morning and evening shift (9AM & 9PM)

Tasks will include:

Order processing –
• Each shift you will log in and download the daily order report, then import the file into our order processing sheet. You will only download and process orders ONCE per shift.
• Order follow up if needed (Watch for cancelled order, late shipping, etc.). Follow up with any purchase issues.

Tracking upload –
• Each shift you will upload any new tracking numbers after processing the orders.
• If an item is delayed, follow up with any orders that are pending tracking information (Ensure all orders have tracking uploaded BEFORE the ship by deadline).
