I am looking for a strong and independent Social Media Marketing Team Member that can hopefully become my Lead Social Media Project Manager and Marketing VA Team Leader.
This is a job for someone who excels at implementing & managing social media business growth projects, doesn't need a lot of hand-holding, is already is good at social media for business growth, is comfortable asking for help or additional training when needed, and someone that can meet deadlines when work hours are completely flexible.
Job Requirements:
- Newer computer (5 years or newer)
- Project management skills
- You can work as a team with other people (Other VAs, people from UpWork, me, and the whole team)
- Strong internet for the Philippines (Yes, I understand storms so don't worry about that - I have been hiring in the Philippines for - 15 years now)
- You are ALREADY GREAT at Social Media for Business Growth

- You have used social post scheduling systems before
- You can build a landing page or funnel using something similar to ClickFunnels
- Graphic Design (using Canva or Photoshop)

- You are a good communicator (I understand that things happen and communication is the only way to be on the same page with your team for the good stuff and the not so good stuff)
- We need to be able to communicate so your*** English writing and speaking skills*** should be at least 4 stars
I run a small but rapidly growing business that specializes in providing a hybrid marketing service that provides our established small business client with coaching, consulting & marketing services
This is What We Do & The Client Attraction Formula:
- Expedited 1:1 group coaching to develop their marketing message & content plan
- Monthly 1:1 marketing consulting to keep them on track with their marketing goals
- All the software needed to market their business
(we use Sociamonials for social post planning, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, and Project.co (similar to Trello or Monday)
- 25 to 40 hours of done for the services provided monthly - they are too busy to do this one their own so we provide social posting, basic social media management, video editing, social media graphic design & social media traffic building services
- We use Trello type project management with our VAs and our clients
- There is a step by step system in place that allows us to create consistent success for our clients
The Job:
To help us drive relevant traffic using social media to the client's offer. Each month our client sends us four short videos usually 3-10 minutes long and we turn each of those into 12 to 18 social media posts so that we can schedule those out using Sociamonials (our YouTube, LinkedIn,
The Basics of Your Duties for Our Clients
- Managing the project (turning 4 videos into TONS of post-able content, getting more eyes on those post & their business using social media)
- Basic video editing (This is a HUGE plus if you can do basic video editing but we also have a dedicated video editor if needed)
- Getting transcriptions of the videos from
- Thumbnail graphic design
- Graphic design for quotes
- Landing page creation for special offers (downloads) AS NEEDED
- Social posting or scheduling
- Post optimization for each platform
- Posting the video on their blog
-Posting the content they write to different private groups as if you are them
-Making sure they do not miss things they need to respond to and/or responding for them
- Helping them be active in these private groups if needed
-Social Media Friend Management & basic outreach if needed
-Other outlined organic social growth tactics we use
- Meeting deadlines consistently so we keep the client
- Communicating with your support team as needed
-Monthly basic report sent to client & me on progress for each client (new followers, video views, reach, etc)
The Basics Job Responsibilities As My Personal VA
- Handle the same tasks as above for the business and my videos
- Help with miscellaneous marketing-related projects
- Find better ways to make things work better
- Document processes and create

Who am I - I am a single mom who started my business to better support my son. My second goal was to provide good jobs to other women (and men) who want better for their families and are willing to put in the dedication to make that happen. I believe in flexibility because sometimes life needs to take precedence over specific work hours. As long as deadlines are met, the work is high quality and the communication is strong, then that works for me. I have been a marketing professional for 24 years & a pubic speaker for 2 years. I have been hiring people from the Philipines for 15 years now & I LOVE the Filipino people!
