About us:
We are small, quickly growing real estate investment company Based in Maryland. We are looking for a full time Executive Assistant to assist us with the following tasks
• Customer service (Answering calls and data entry into the CRM, taking messages, etc)
• Maintain CRM (Podio)
• Assisting with Marketing
• Scheduling (Calls for our acquisitions manager, Property walkthroughs, etc)

About you:
We’re looking for a motivated self starter who can work without much supervision. You will need to be able to work quickly. You will need to have near perfect grammar and speaking skills. You will need to have backup power and internet ( Fiber connection), you will need a quite work space, you will need experience with working from home. Preferably, you will have experience as an E.A it does not have to be real estate based

9AM- Ready to begin work
Entering leads into podio
Following up with sellers who we have made offers to
Assisting with marketing campaigns
Following up with buyers
Scheduling calls for our AM
Updating our website.
Working hours are 9AM to 5PM EST Monday- Friday
Starting pay is 500 USD per month paid weekly for the first 90 days after which you will be increased to 600 USD a month paid weekly. Further advancement is also possible!
