LinkedIn Lead Generation & Customer Support

This role is for a full-time lead generation and customer service support person.

- Respond via LinkedIn messenger to common questions people have (you will not use your own LinkedIn account)
- Coordinate via LinkedIn and Email to schedule calls between different international time zones. Schedule calls via Google Calendar
- Use a software that you will be trained in to find leads for clients. There is a very specific and detailed way that we find highly targeted leads for our clients on LinkedIn. We will train you in this process and you must follow it exactly.
- Some leads are not able to be found through our software and you will need to manually put together large lists (1500 contacts). Also have the skill to find and verify work email addresses of leads and make sure they don't bounce.
