Outbound Sales Caller

Real estate investment company looking to hire 2 individuals to place outbound calls to lists of Seller Leads. Must have great verbal communication skills and be able to probe for Seller's motivation for selling their property. Candidates will be expected to forward 10 warm/hot leads per day. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

Hi John I know this call is out of the blue but I was calling about a property I believe you own at 123 Main St. We are actually looking to buy a property in that area and I was reaching out to see if you were thinking about selling or would consider an offer.
