Graphic Designer

Hello!

I am looking to hire a graphic designer for our merch on demand business. The workload will be an average of 100 unique designs per month, but could be more based on talent and progress.

The day-to-day process will be pretty straight foreword. we will provide design ideas or links to possible ideas that need to be created or recreated in a unique and artistic way. The creativity being on you while influence and direction coming from the organization. Overall the designs must be original and not infringe on copyright/trademark.

An understanding of Creative Commons, licenses, copyright laws, and trademarks is a must so as not to infringe on the work of others.

As well as monetary compensation for acceptable work performed. Positive reviews will be posted to UpWork.

As with any new partnership, the workload will start out light. That way the flow of information and communication can be adjusted for mutual understanding and process accomplishment. All applicants must provide a portfolio upon submission to this posting.
