Podcast Producer

Good day!

I am looking for a podcast producer for a new weekly podcast show that is themed around sustainability and making the world a better place. We interview authors, educators, and other people making a difference in the world. Some shows are solo. The podcast to launch in January, 2020.

PODCAST SKILLS NEEDED

We will be creating RAW Audio files for a once a week podcast show and then need someone to

- Edit the audio of the show (remove unwanted sounds, filler, mess ups, bleep curse words, smooth audio levels, etc)
- Add the intro, outro, and music
- Create show notes bullet points
- Create thumbnail for episode and social media
- Follow up with guest using email template.
- Upload completed audio to BuzzSprout
- Help integrate show into our website

TOOLS WE USE:
We use the following tools and you knowing these would be an advantage
- Google Docs / spreadsheets to keep a list of all shows
- Zoom
- Gmail Suite
- Canva or any other graphic design (photoshop, illustrator, etc)

You MUST have these skills & experience:

- Prior Podcast experience
- Excellent communication skills - (English writing & speaking)
- Extremely high attention to detail (spelling, grammar, following up)
- High follow through for all tasks and ideas that are given to you
