Customer Service/ Product Researcher

We source products to Amazon from variety of different suppliers such as Walmart, Home Depot and several other suppliers. We have hundreds of products that need to be listed on our Amazon store. We will provide you access to listing software (WebScraperApp) that will make the work go very quickly.

To be qualified, you must know:
Be an expert in Informed and Webscraper App/ OAGenius
Be proficient with Amazon Seller Central
Knows how to place orders using cashback
Be familiar with ASIN Inspector, Revseller, and Spot-N-Paste (these can learn as you go)
Be familiar with Facebook messaging ( Response to messages/ comments/ reviews)


Job Requirements:
Honestly and Integrity
Expertise working with dropshippers - specifically listing products in webscraper app (you MUST know how to do this)
Not afraid to chat via Skype to store owner
Be able to occasionally make outbound calls (using Skype other other available means) to Amazon, others others
Can communicate in English (excellent English - not afraid to call customers/vendors)
Will include what your favorite food is in your application or cover letter
Send a daily 'check in' email and have a weekly skype or phone call to business owner
Can deliver results
You need to be prepared to prove your experience working with amazon ,webscraperapp and informed.


Starting Salary is $300 dollars a month (can arrange a prorated amount weekly or biweekly). Working hours are 40 hours per week (actual time is negotiable - but consistent blocks of time required; employee can set his/her hours but must devote his/her undivided attention to our tasks when on the clock - we will use a timekeeping program initially) All employees are hired on a trial basis, but we do seek long term partnerships for the right persons. Salary reviews will occur on a regular basis - as our company grows, so will your income. There also may be leadership and advancement opportunities offered in the future.
