Commercial Real Estate Research and Data Entry/Social Media

Must Speak Good English - Know how to use Microsoft Publisher or Adobe for Marketing Materials - Know how to post to Social Media - Real Estate Background a Plus - Marketing Background a plus- Technology Savvy - Ability to Research-

1. Creating two Social Media Graphics to be sent each day either advertising a listing, the company or CRE article/news. Must know how to use Microsoft Publisher and or Adobe.

2. Creating Property Brochures using our brochure format. Must know how to use Microsoft Publisher and or Adobe.

3. Create Email Blast adding images and info.

4. Promoting our agents weekly through Social Media and Press Releases on Social Media and PR log.

5. Create Company Post Cards to be sent to potential tenants, buyers and clients. This will be required weekly. Must know how to use Microsoft Publisher and or Adobe.

6. Write articles for our company about real estate trends and post on word press weekly. We will assist in making up topics.

7. Create a target list of owners complete with home and business address along with phone and emails.

8. Create Listing Marketing Materials to be sent to potential owners/clients.

9. promote listings on search engines such as crexi, LoopNet, costar, CIMLS ect…

10. Assist in other duties as needed for property management and brokerage.

Will need to interview via video conference. Will need to be available for video conferences when needed during employment.
