Instagram Manager

I have a 3x Instagram accounts to be managed.
I would like the right candidate to help fix and re-activated one of my Instagram accounts as it has been hacked and disabled by Instagram.

Once done I would like my 3 Instagram pages to be managed
1. Engage, message and comment users in my niche market
2. Follow and Like other users in my niche market
3. Grow my Instagram account following and engagements
