Video Editing

I'm looking for a freelance video editor to help with my content creation for social ---------- 's important to me that the applicant speaks and understands english very well.

The videos will need to be edited from long form into multiple short form videos, which means the applicant will need to know how to segment videos.

I would be looking to edit one video for multiple platforms:
- Youtube (5 - 10 minutes)
- Facebook (2 - 3 minutes)
- Linkedin (2 - 3 minutes)
- Instagram (59 seconds)
- Instagram stories (15 seconds x 10)

The original video will need to be transcribed so I can use the written version as a blog post.

All videos (not Insta Stories) will need to have caption / subtitles for silent viewing.

I have put $25 - $50 in the wages section but I'm looking for a freelancer that can do this more than once so it's hard to understand exactly how much this job is priced at.
