JOB OVERVIEW

We are a reputable health and wellness company based in California looking to hire a VA here in onlinejobs.ph.
We hire temporary assistants and give about 40 hours per week and if they blend well with the work and the company, many VA’s end up as long term hires with guaranteed 40 hours of work each week. You will be part of a dedicated team working together to make the business one of the best in California.

We are looking for someone to do the following tasks efficiently:
Respond to many client emails/calls.
Schedule clients in Google Calendar
Keep Doctors' calendars
Google Docs,
Google Sheets skills important
Good English writing for e-mail correspondence
Good English speaking for answering phone.
Able to multitask
Works well on a team
Calling Insurance Companies for verification of patient benefits
Billing Insurance Companies for doctor’s appointments
Follow up with Insurance Companies for denials and non payments

Personal Skills:
Very well organized
Personable and friendly with patients/clients
Attention to detail, proactive
Work under pressure
Good communication skills to clients and staff
Smart both with business and also street smarts
Able to problem solve quickly and easily.

SHIFT HOURS:
Timezone: Our business hours are 730am-1030pm Pacific Standard Time (1030pm to 230pm Manila Time)
Shifts are 8 Hours a day and 5 Days a week.
2 x 15 minute break each shift (Flexible, you can choose when to take your break!)
Shift hours will be somewhere between 730am-1030pm Pacific Standard Time

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$3.75/hour Training then $4 for 40 hours a week
Salary appraisal depending on performance at 6 months
Payments will be made through PayPal
10 days Paid Vacation Leave accrued with 1 day per each month worked.
