The Office Manager supports and assists the owner towards the company's directions and goals.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge and know-how of all tasks - HR, Administrative, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Customer Service
(1) Team Management / HR
- Manages and supervises the tasks of his/her team members
- Manages daily schedules
- Monitors the adherence to appropriate standards of conduct in accordance to the company's policies
- Imposes progressive disciplinary action to all team members if need be
(2) Administrative
- Prompt and regular submissions of comprehensive reports and analytics
- Ensures all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with government agencies
- Assumes other duties assigned by Management as required.
(3) Operations
- Supervises inventory management and purchasing involving communicating with suppliers and logistics
- Daily handling of money and reconciliation
- Maintains relationships with partners and suppliers
- Comes up with systems and processes
