Operations Manager Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to direct and manage our organization's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies. Duties for the Manager will include formulating policies, coordinating business operations, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with manufacturers, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of an Amazon FBA Private Label Business, The noteworthy Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

General Manager Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve revenue goals
Managing all aspects of Amazon Seller Central
Inventory Management - maintaining product stock levels in 3 countries
Identifying new products for the company to add to our portfolio
Seeking manufacturers to create the products we are going to pursue
Negotiate pricing and maintaining relationships with our manufactures
Responding to customer inquiries
Understanding Amazon seller policies
Hiring and managing a team of employee’s once revenue goals are achieved

General Manager Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Amazon Private Label
Proficient Amazon Seller Central Experience
Jungle Scout, Helium 10 or Viral Launch experience
Ability to source manufactures that can manufacture our products
2+ years Previous experience leading employees
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong work ethic
Good interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Proactive nature

Specific Job Duties
Sourcing private label products:
Searching and identifying profitable products through Jungle scout
Utilizing yasiv to identify close matched products
Utilizing reviews of competitors to identify what customers need
Find bundle ideas that could be profitable
Utilizing alibaba and other sources to find manufactures
Negotiating pricing
Ordering and testing samples
Identifying the amount of product we need to order

Inventory Management:
Maintaining products to be in stock at all times
Assessing current and forecasted inventory needs for all countries
Communicating with suppliers/manufacturers to re-order additional products
Manage any disputes with Amazon Seller Central on potential errors with receiving inventory
Creating and managing Seller Central Inventory Requests
Monitoring shipments

Amazon Seller Central
Ability to create inbound FBA shipments track and reconcile inventory as needed
Ability to create product listings in Amazon Seller Central via flat sheet
Ability to maintain and update product listings in Seller Central
Ability to create Promotions, Coupons, and Sales
A+ Brand updates (enhanced content)
Amazon Reports

General VA tasks
Reporting
Identifying requested information
Removing duplicate information

Required Skills and experience
5+ years of experience in management
2+ years in Amazon private label
2+ years with Amazon FBA
Experience with Inventory Management 2+ years
Experience with Amazon Seller Central
A self-directed leader that is looking to grow within the company
Ability to identify what resources you need to perform your job and communicate those with me
