IT Head Hunter and Recruiter

I'm looking for someone with a recruiting and head hunting background specifically in IT.

This person should have linkedin, know how to use it and how to use linkedin recruiter.

I have several positions that need to be filled in and around Los Angeles, CA and other parts of the USA. Most of the positions are highly technical such as; programmers/develpers, healthcare IT, project managers, business analysts, security professionals, sales people in IT, sotrage, wireless, networking and physical hardware.

I'm looking for someone that's willing to work more on commission only, but the commissions are very high. We're willing to pay $200-1,500 USD for each placement depending upon the job that's filled. You could easily earn between 3,000-5,000 (250,000 Philipines Pesos) USD PER MONTH.

Must be coachable, trainable and willing to work 8 hours a day, reaching out to potential candidates.
