Property Manager Assistant

Property Management Assistant Needed – Experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online Preferred

We are a growing Property Management Company, overseeing 60 tenants, and we're in search of a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online, as well as a strong background in customer service and property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advertising Vacancies: Creatively market our vacant properties to attract potential tenants.
- Tenant Prospecting: Process applications from prospective tenants, including scheduling viewings and screening for eligibility.
- Communication: Reach out to tenants for late rent payments and answer incoming calls from potential tenants with inquiries.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule necessary maintenance and repairs, liaise with vendors for work orders, and follow up to confirm completion of work.
- Promotional Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visibility of our listings.
- Tenant Screening: Verify the authenticity of prospective tenants’ current landlords and enter tenant details into our property management system.
- Lease Management: Prepare and manage lease agreements, send lease expiration notices to tenants, and handle lease renewals.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of work orders.

Requirements:

- Experience with Buildium and QuickBooks Online is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to make phone calls to the US.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Must be willing to submit an audio recording of a simulated conversation with a customer for evaluation purposes.
