Product Research and Pricing for eBay, Mercari, Poshmark (reselling markets)
About me and our company:
My name is James, and I'm the founder of a San Francisco based startup. We offer a service that sells people’s used stuff for them (electronics, appliances and clothes). You will be helping us with product research and pricing for a variety of items. This is a full time job (+ you can work overtime if needed as well). The wage for this job is between $500-$700 depending on your experience and proficiency.
Tasks and responsibilities:
-Research items on eBay or Mercari (Using photos and description provided by the customer)
-Provide a selling price range (based on sold prices on eBay/Mercari)
-Improve item description and fill in item details (brand/keywords/weight estimation)
-Request more information (only when they are needed for the pricing and can’t be found in the description or the photos)
Required skills:
-Excellent English reading, writing and communication skills
-Experience selling/listing on eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, or Craigslist
-Knowledge and familiarity with different product categories especially Electronics and Fashion
-Experience in product pricing, product research, and writing descriptions
