Real Estate Assistant Needed! Part Time with Full Time Possibility - Must be able to learn new skills and grow into a well rounded employee.

First Priority:

I'm looking for someone to do mostly data entry at first and Home Value Estimates at first.

However I'm also looking for long time employee that will have the ability to learn new skills and grow to be involved with many aspects of running my real estate business.

Job Requirements: Don't response with out meeting all requirements.

Must have full-time access to a good quality computer.
Must Have High Speed Internet access and a private work environment.
Must have the ability to use Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome to access the Internet.
Must be willing to have www.timedoctor.com installed on you computer for screen monitoring.

Must be willing to work Saturday and Sunday, up to 40 hours a week and be looking for long term employment.

Must have a Skype Account & a good microphone! Camera a plus but not mandatory.

Must be able to work 10 am to 6 pm US or 2 am to 10:30 am PH time.

Must be motivated with the ability to work without supervision

Offer writing and submission
Digital Signatures
Offer updates
Listing alert search setup and follow up
Customer review follow up
Confirm showing times for homes
Website SEO
Check received offers to make sure they are complete
Lead Generation / Craig's List Posting

Using your other personal skills to contribute to the success of the company.
