VA/Customer Service Super Star

Looking for a customer service superstar with VA skills. Full time! Work during the US morning/afternoon timezone.

We need a reliable and sharp person for an Amazon Store business based in the US.


Email Customer Service Support. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, process item warranties, tracking shipping info, and other email updates with regards on providing good customer service

Order Processing. Process orders via Amazon and Shipmonk. Must be keen and accurate of customer’s data and info.

Data ---------- put data for bad review and defect list based on customer’s information.

Must be able to work as a team.

Conversational and written English knowledge
Must work full time. (With no outside jobs)
Have knowledge in using Google spreadsheet, skype and MS Office
Must have experience or familiar with Amazon, Shopify and shipmonk(fulfillment centers)
Flexible and proactive worker
Able to make reports of your work
Ability to use positive language
Ability to read customers
