Looking for a Digital Marketer VA

We are looking for a Digital Marketing VA to help us perform some marketing tasks!

A growing digital marketing agency is looking for a Digital Marketer or sales person who can help us get more clients and orders. As a summary, we're an agency that deals with providing SEO services to clients around the world, but mostly in the US and UK.

WORK SCHEDULE: Freelance. There is no work schedule. Work whenever you want as long as we're seeing results. I do want a weekly meeting to keep things in check, however.

PAY: Base pay of $250/month. If we manage to hit our quota, we add an additional $150 on top of your base pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform marketing tasks to drive leads to our business. You will be guided on what these tasks are, but mostly social media marketing and a bit of email ---------- eract with potential clients and current customers, answer basic inquiries, and direct queries that need further assistance/expertise to me.
Create a list of potential high-value clients.
Prospect for for potential sites and agencies and contact them if they are interested in outreach links
Build and grow a targeted/relevant email list (our initial goal for first quarter is 500 subscribers)

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have experience running a Facebook page (daily content)
2. Comfortable with communicating via Facebook messenger and does not shy away from reaching out or starting a conversation
3. Eager to learn and understand our service and system
4. Creative and analytical thinker who can offer suggestions - we are not looking for a VA who can only follow instructions.
5. Experience in sales a big plus.
6. Experience in SEO a big plus
