Webmaster/Content Writer/Virtual Assistant

This individual will report directly to the company CEO and will assist him in his daily activities; the CEO is a Pilipino-American and is extremely easy to get along with.

This job is not for everyone. We’re looking for a very unique person who has a proven track record of creating quality content and who possesses the ability to learn quickly and execute on very specific instructions.

This position has an open-ended growth potential and we would love someone who will also contribute new ideas and share their thoughts as they perform their work.

Essentially, if you are hard working and have access to a high speed internet connection then you may be a great candidate for this position. Additionally, owning a mac computer is a strong plus but is not required.

Although we will initially agree on a set salary, we directly reward our employees as the company grows so that performance is rewarded; meaning the valuable work you provide will directly lead to an increase in salary, which is evaluated every three months.

There are several companies who are looking to hire people for the lowest possible salary possible and work them to the bone. We take a different approach and seek out the most talented and responsible individuals and pay them accordingly with a higher pay base. Our company’s success is correlated to how our employee’s perform so we’re invested in everyone’s well being and reward individuals that shine!

Here are some criteria that a great candidate for this position would meet:

- Owns a computer (preferably a mac) and has daily access to high speed internet
- Speaks, reads, and writes English well
- If electing to work from home, can work free of distractions
- Has access to Skype
- Owns a Paypal account
- Can easily be trained to perform tasks through the internet
- Can work 40 hours/week

Additionally, here are a list of skills a great candidate will possess:

- Content creation with targeted keywords
- Great understanding of the internet
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with working with several web 2.0 websites and user interfaces.
