UI Software Designer

Looking for a talented UI designer who has experience working with softwares. Please note that this is not a website or landing page design job post. We are looking for someone who has good design skills for a web-based software.

We are not looking for an order taker. You should be a professional who can defend your designs and provide the "why" behind your recommendation. UI/UX is a science and we expect you to have a lot of input into the UI of the software.
