Graphic/Logo Designer

I am looking for a designer for professional and stylish shirt designs. For the beginning I need someone on freelance basis. As soon as I am satisfied with the work, a permanent position can be arranged. The designs should be created in 300 dpi, 14 x 17 inches in Adobe illustrator format. Depending on availability I need new designs every day. The designs must be released for commercial use and has to be delivered including the license.
