HubSpot Marketing Implementation & Client Engagement

We are looking to add a HubSpot Marketing & Client Engagement person to our growing team.

Your role would comprise of the following:
-Creating and maintaining EDMs, Landing pages, online ads within hubspot Marketing
-Creating and maintaining Workflows, Contacts, Deals within HubSpot CRM
-Working with the Marketing Manager to implement and maintain the marketing strategy
-Engage with clients / endusers for the purpose of NPS & satisfaction surveys
-Manage service requests in HubSpot Service and RepairShopr
-Have regular scheduled standup meetings with key clients / stake holders
-Work inbound calls as a backup to existing staff members


Your skill set includes
-Hubspot Academy awards for Marketing, CRM and possibly Sales
-Great communication skills
-Understanding of Adwords, Facebook pixel, LinkedIn ads and remarketing campaigns
-Basic design skills
-Professionalism, punctuality, reliability

It's a benefit if you:
-have HTML experience
-have Repairshopr experience
-have worked for an IT and / or Accounting company in the past

You are:
-excellent in verbal English
-excellent in written English
-thrive on making clients happy
-are a team player but can work without being micro managed
-looking for a long term and full time employment with an Australian company

-we are flexible with your starting date (January or February 2020 is fine) and work to AEST (Sydney Time)
