Experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant

New Jersey based real estate investment firm currently seeking highly motivated individuals to generate seller leads in various markets within the United States.

Requirements:
- Must speak excellent English
- Motivated individual who enjoys connecting with people on the phone
- Proven ability to generate at least 8 seller leads/week
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Able to work without distractions
- Must be able to speak well on the phone and build rapport with sellers
- Learn quickly and take constructive criticism
- Must have own smart phone and computer with WiFi Internet
- Enter data into computer based CRM system (database)
- Must have prior experience with Mojo Dialer
- Must have patience especially for rude callers, need to take note on questions raised by each caller so we can improve the call script.
- Must have access to a smart phone and WiFi Internet

- Lead Sherpa/SMS Magic
- Call Tools/Mojo Dialer
- Google Drive
- Skype
- Propstream
- Zillow
- Ringless voicemail
- Microsoft Word and Excel

Salary is PRODUCTION DRIVEN.

Training Pay (1-2 weeks)
$2.50/ Hour 4 hours per Day

Full Time Pay
$2.50/Hour
$25.00/week Performance Bonus (clock-in on time and meet weekly KPI targets)
$50.00 per signed contract
$100.00 per closed transaction

Work Hours
Monday through Thursday
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST
Friday and Saturday
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST
