Job Role: OUTBOUND CALLER

Company: Snorest Works (USA)

Work Hours and Schedule: 10AM-7PM PST (and possibly weekends if available)

Work Duration: 40hrs/week

Rate or Salary range: Depends On Experience ($4-$5 plus significant bonuses paid to successful callers)

Description/Information:

Seeking 20 experienced outbound calling agents with the following qualifications:

1. Virtually no filipino accent and ideally absolutely no filipino accent with ability to convince owners of luxury homes in California to hire our group of elite real estate brokers to sell their home for top dollar.

2. Hourly wage (depends on experience - previously paid $3-$4/hr plus significant bonuses paid to successful callers.)

3. Callers are available to make calls 10:00am-7:00pm pst and possibly weekends if available.

4. Time tracker will be within the dialer for call time and stand by time.

5. Full training for qualified candidates.

6. No resume needed. Ideally 20 callers already with company and I will interview each of the callers then hire.

7. Start 5 day training immediately upon hiring with live calls to begin this month.
