JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a and Experienced Telemarketing Representative to join our team. We are looking for an individual who wants to grow and accelerate their career with us!

Position Details:

This position is great COMMISSION!

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Appointment generation through cold calling

2. Developing effective marketing and sales strategies to generate new business and assist in driving the growth of the company

3. Consulting with all prospective clients regarding our services

4. 10 appointments per week need to be scheduled

5. Cold calling (minimum of 200 new cold calls per day)

6. Must have EXCELLENT ENGLISH

7. Must have the ability to talk business with big company CEOs

8. The desire for professional development as needed to move into a management position within 1-2 years

9. Prepare and conduct presentations for sales pitches

10. Continued participation in local networking events

11. Report directly to Vice President / CEO

12. Misc job-related duties



Qualifications and Skills:



Knowledge of manufacturing industry verticals is a plus

Authoritative Telephone Manner

Ability to communicate with all levels of corporate officers from the receptionist to C-Suite ---------- PECIALLY CEOs

2 years of successful consulting service industry sales experience required (Pref selling services experience)

Experience Selling to Large Caps and Mid Caps is a Plus

Must be familiar with the entire sales process from the first point of contact to closing deals

Proven success in this line of work

Must be driven to always be better and committed to the personal/professional development

Willingness to engage in weekly team / professional building exercises

Ability to communicate with all levels of corporate officers from the receptionist to C-Suite ---------- PECIALLY CEOs

Microsoft suite knowledge is a must

CRM use is a must
