Experienced Business Loan Broker

-Hands-on experience with data entry and updating of home loans stages in any CRM system (ZOHO CRM, Salestrekker, Mercury, Symmetry, Flex, Podium, LoanKit CRM, etc)
-Provides support and assistance to USA Business owners
-Lodge and track of loans applications through Zoho CRM and lenders CRM
-Process loans from applications to settlement (end to end process)
-Take client inquiry calls and keep in contact with clients during all stages of the loan submission process
-Call Lenders for follow up
-Follow up outstanding documents from the client
-Should be familiar with serviceability calculator

Looking for someone with at least 1-year experience working with business funding Merchant Cash advance. Some with the ability to speak with clients about business funding options and the best loan for their needs. This will be high commission pay job. base pay will be provided biweekly if sales are not made to cover time worked. This is inbound calls so you only work once a call is received. Strong Business Broker Lending salesperson is recommended
