Video Editor and Web Page Designer

I am looking for someone to do two main things for me and my business:

Task #1 is to be my video editor. I need someone to take the raw video I shoot, and make it look good and professional and classy. This includes adding text to videos, adding video clips, animation, etc. A sample video I have put together is at ---------- . Can you edit videos to look like this? Or even better? If so I want to talk to you!

And Task #2 is to help me design a new website. I design this in Wordpress and Thrive Themes in particular (see more at ---------- ). If you're very good at designing websites in Wordpress, I want to talk to you. And if you know how to use Thrive Themes, I really want to talk to you!

I also want someone who is responsible, accountable, speaks very good English and wants to grow with my business.
