OPERATIONAL PARTNER WANTED - NO CAPITAL REQUIRED

Hey there! I'm looking for an operational partner for a new business venture.

Some of the highlights:
- As a partner, you'll share in the business profits as long as you are performing.
- The better you perform and help the business grow, the more you can earn (the sky is the limit).
- No capital investment required - all I need is your contribution and skills.
- This is a demanding role - you must be a high performer, be able to get things done quickly and skilled at managing yourself and others.

- You're a star. Simply put, you get better results, faster and easier than any of your peers, who don't know how you do it.

- You're self-directed. You can easily take general directions (eg. we need to build a website) and come up with a detailed plan for how best you think we can do it. Once you have an approved plan, you'll run with it and get it done, while regularly checking in with me to make sure you're on the right track.

- You're a finisher. Speed of implementation is always at the top of your mind. If you get a good idea in the morning, you'll have it implemented by the end of the day. You're happy to take an idea from start to finish.

- You're a strong leader. You know how to inspire and get the best results out of people. You realize you can't do it all on your own so you bring in subject matter experts as team members when necessary.

- You're a detailed project manager. You're incredibly organized and track everything, making sure that no details fall through the cracks.

- You're a clear communicator. You very rarely have a misunderstanding with your bosses/clients/peers because you didn't understand what they wanted. You clarify everything.

- You're trusted, reliable and accountable. You follow through on what you say and you provide regular detailed updates for me on your progress. You respect the confidentiality of our business and client information.


Here are the things that don't matter to me:
- When you work, where you work and how you work. You could be working at Starbucks, in your basement or in the park. You could be working at midnight, 5:00AM or 5:00PM. It's all about the results.
- If you're working another job. What you get out of this role will depend entirely on what you put into it. You alone will be the architect of your ---------- case you're curious, here is a little about me:
- Full-time accountant in Canada (I've got the capital and ideas, but not the time to make it happen...that's where you come in).
- Very familiar with Filipinos - have hired them before and traveled to Philippines in the past.
