T-Shirt/Graphic Designer

I search a creative T-Shirt Designer with very good skills in designing with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
I need 20-30 designs in the week. Later maybe more, even a full-time is possible.
Is paid every week,a bonus is possible.

Works may not be copied and the copyright may not be violated,this will be checked.

Finished products must be provided in the following formats:PSD with editable layers, and transparent PNG (300dpi 4500X5400 pixels,300dpi 4500x4050 pixels and 300dpi,4000x4000 pixels).
