graphic designer for t-shirts (MBA)

Hi there,
I need a graphic designer for my team who creates t-shirt designs for me to sell on commercial platforms like MBA, KDP or Spreadshirt.
This is not a full-time job. We will send you orders from time to time, so we are glad if you are flexible in time.

You will get paid $2 per Design (payment with PayPal).

I will send you ideas of t-shirts I want you to make and then you can create them yourself in your own unique style.
For example: I might send you an already existing t-shirt -->you create a better version that is in your own creative style. I might also send you an idea in writing and you will create the design from my description.

The t-shirt graphic designer must have these following skills:

- create HAND-DRAWN and ORIGINAL creative t-shirt designs
- TYPOGRAPHIC DESIGN experience (Hand-drawn in many cases)
- Graphics Editing
- Illustrator
- Logo Design
- Photoshop
- Shirt Design
- fluent in english (speaking and writing) --> some knowledge in german would be perfect but not necessary
-Knowledge of COPYRIGHT

It is very important that:
- You make sure NOTHING you design violates a copyright
- Nothing you send was ever published or will never be sent to anyone else in the future

If i think you could fit in my team, you should be ready to create 10 test designs to show your abilities. If i choose you, you will be payed for the designs!

After designing the initial 10 designs, this may turn into a long-term position requiring!
