We are seeking a Customer Advocate to join our Customer Support team. We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships. This is a great opportunity if you care deeply, genuinely and passionately about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successful. Working hours: 4AM - 10AM (GMT+8)
Hourly Rate: $2.42 - $3.64 (depend on capacity and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries through
- Create & update regularly FAQs & Documents providing customer support information if needed.
- Assist in creating first class Help Center documentation
- Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing amazing, personal customer support.
Experience and requirements:
- 1+ years in a customer service position preferably in online support
- English proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems logically and critically
- Strength in delivering empathy in customers experiences
- Ability to work independently and actively
- A strong understanding and working knowledge of Shopify backend (preferably)
