Business Development Manager

We have a remote sales management position open up in our company ( ---------- ). As a business we book authors and influencers at conferences as speakers. The team you will be leading is of 6 appointment setters who mainly use email to book business. The amazing team you will be lead is mainly based in the ---------- this role you will be managing the appointment setting team and be able to see an immediate impact with the decision you make on a day to day basis. Since our team is expanding rapidly, you will have the opportunity to grow with the team and learn new skills as we push new frontiers. You will be reporting to the CEO, where you can find more about him - ---------- .

Position: Remote Sales Manager

Salary: $400 base + bonus (base + bonus can reach over $1000 USD/month)

Responsibilities:
- Coaching appointment setters
- Recruiting and screening new hires
- Driving strategy for individual clients
- Building out SOP to streamline operations
- Onboarding of new sales hires.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of team leader experience
- Experience leading team with email outbound
- Experience in B2B sales environment
- Fluent in English
