Maintain project deadlines and tasks I assign you and update me proactively on the status of their completion.
Project & Personal Management:
Keep a master chart/list/calendar of my projects and deadlines and set reminders to help me address priorities and complete my personal projects on time. Schedule personal errands and call me prior and text me after anticipated time to ensure they are done.
Job Search:
I am seeking a new job and I need help finding the right job and applying for as well managing those
Budgeting:
Help me plan and abide by my monthly budget. Identify wasted money and how to save it.
Travel:
Organize travel including researching travel destinations, and lodging options, booking travel arrangements and adding to calendar. Monitor travel options and deals to present me with vacation options that fit with my budget and schedule. Learn my travel preferences over time.
Real Estate Research:
Research properties for sale that fit my criteria, sending the listings to my perspective agents to inquire status, background/history (e.g. why the property has been on the market for so long, what issues have been noted by other potential buyers). Details to be provided upon engagement.
Data Entry:
Enter contact info from PDFs.
Ad hoc office-type tasks that may include use of Google drive and spreadsheets or other applications
