virtual assistant for Media Agency

Hi, we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to work within the CET time zone as well as Indochina time zone.

We need help with a lot of admin related tasks such as reaching out to new clients on freelancer websites, replying to emails, reaching out to leads on email, talking on-and-off with clients, schedule meetings, do social media tasks (Instagram mainly), marketing research and much more.

You MUST have good English and written word, as well as be quick at replying (communication is very important for this job).

About the company:
We are a media company helping clients with their social media marketing (mainly Instagram and facebook). Our clientele is both overall as well as in the music industry (edm, hiphop/rap, alternative etc). We are looking for long-term team members (we’re all a team, not individual employees) to join the team and grow in the business. For us it is equally important to grow as an individual as well as to grow the business.

We have two different positions:
1. admin related tasks such as doing outreach to find new clients (and communication with them).
2. Instagram management where you will be taking care of daily Instagram tasks such as replying to comments, doing research and so on.

We are looking for people who are willing to begin with 20h/week for 200$/month… and if everything goes well we will increase that to 40h/week ---------- $/month
