Experienced Facebook ad campaigns

We are a Singaporean company running a big Facebook marketing operation with more than 800 accounts and campaigns.
We are looking for a kickass, hands-on Facebook Ads Manager (Jnr.) to streamline our operation.

You will be responsible for launching and monitoring campaigns and have your own team helping you prepare accounts and set up ads.
You will directly report to the CEO and Head Of Media Buying.

Your job is to make sure that we are constantly launching new accounts and that the current campaigns are working fine. This means that we require some flexible work time if things go wrong (which sometimes happens).

RESPONSIBILITIES

- planning and launching ads (only setting up of ads, we have a creative department for image ads, landing pages and copywriting)
- monitoring performance of campaigns (meet defined CPL KPIs, relaunch accounts if KPIs are not met)
- checking account status making sure accounts are running and spending
- help creating SOPs (standard operating procedures) together with the rest of the team
- monitoring and enforcing SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

- experience in running Facebook ad campaigns with multiple accounts
- willing to work in a face-paced environment, absolutely being able to cope with stress
- structured and diligent work style (we are launching up to 10 accounts every day and things can get messy quick)
- willing to learn and work with our own tools (CRM, cloaker, proxies, etc.)
- perfect conversational written and spoken English (casual and concise)
- positive attitude, high energy, fast learner
- willing to work outside of 9 to 5 hours. We need to make sure that our campaigns are running throughout the day.
- "blackhat" experience is a plus ;)
- you should know what MLA is and how proxies work
- Microsoft Remote Desktop
- Skype for communication (voice calls), Flock for collaboration
