Customer Service Representative

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• Assist customers more commonly about booking rooms and registration, and checking.
• Check availability of certain requirements and provide information and quotation.
• Coordinate with the people who are putting up the venues for rent, essentially acting as the middleman for the entire process.
