REAL EATATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (EXPERIENCED) TO REAL ESTATE INVESTOR

I am initially designing my market to reach homeowners who are behind in their mortgage payments..pre-foreclosure.I want to locate them through the many web sites that exist. That will require working knowledge of existing sites, and creating one to which these homeowners can respond. I want them to respond to a telephone # to be created where the responder has a script with the questions that need to be asked of the caller. When that “Property Information Sheet” is filled out, then you can just email it to me for me to screen, and to then all that person. I am also looking for buyers that are interested in buying these homes, but who may have damaged credit. There are specific ads for each market, and I would prefer that you have already worked in this area. In order to be sure that there is no gap in communication I want to be able to talk with the VA so that any problems can be immediately solved.
