Instagram Auto-responder

I have a Typeform Questionnaire which collects data everyday from people wanting to start an online business. I require somebody to read the new responses daily, find the person on Instagram and send them a pre-written message which you will personalise based on the answers they gave in their typeform questionnaire. When they respond I require another pre-written message sent to them so that they schedule a call in with me to talk in person.
