Web 2.0 Builder & Content Writer

I am looking for a part-time VA to create multiple web2.0 properties with some decent content. Looking at about 20-hours per week.

Each primary web 2.0 property will have about 3 other properties linking to it in a tier format: Main web2.0 - Tier 1 web 2.0 - Tier 2 web 2.0.

Ability to create well written English content and set up articles on sites like Weebly, Tumblr, Wordpress, etc. are required.

Please let me know how many properties you can create in an hour, some examples of web 2.0s you've created, turn-around time and other info you think is necessary.
