Junior Trading Manager / Researcher

Requirements:
- at least a BSc in a science, engineering or similar analytical field
- strong analytical and technical skills
- basic knowledge of financial markets
- must be fluent in the English language.
- must be able to coordinate assigned tasks and duties within a team of motivated people, in a dynamic environment

Preferred Additional Skills:
- programming skills in one or more of following languages a strong plus: C#, C++, Python, SQL, NoSQL
- technical background is a bonus
- good understanding of computer technology is a bonus
- advanced knowledge of financial markets preferred
- trading experience not necessary but preferred

Description of Job Duties:
- oversee signal execution 24/7 as it happens in real-time.
- monitor portfolio risk, performance and efficiency statistics.
- in case of identified problems, contact the relevant person.
- DoE: conduct trade execution research

Operational Structure:
- you will be reporting to the head
-trader of trading operations
- trading operations shall be conducted both in cryptocurrency markets and traditional financial markets.

Misc:
- The company shall nominate a head trader, who will be in charge of overseeing traders and coordinating their operations.
- Trading staff shall be trained and educated.
- You will be joining a growing trade operations team, and contribute to operate and improve trade execution processes.
