Digital Marketer

I'm with a small B2B SaaS business in the customer loyalty space and I'm looking for an experienced digital marketer to help our business grow, as well as our customer's ---------- e your digital marketing skills to help grow the business through strategies such as content creation, email marketing, blog posts, AdWords, Facebook Ads, CRO, and SEO. Explore growth opportunities such as affiliate programs, building relationships with customers and sales reps, identifying new features and offerings, and staying ahead of the ---------- velop expertise in the rapidly expanding field of Loyalty Marketing, and put those skills to use helping small businesses retain and grow their customer base, and have an excellent overall experience.

Although marketing is the primary role, helping answer customer service requests keeps us grounded and close to the people we serve. So I prefer someone who can occasionally handle customer support requests using email, chat, and over the phone. Answers to typical requests are documented.

Must have excellent written and verbal native English communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented, good at following directions, positive, honest, reliable, hardworking and creative.
Should be willing to have employee monitoring software run on their computer during work hours. (negotiable)
Location independent, work from anywhere. Must be able to work during normal United States business hours.
