You must be totally reliable with a willingness to take on training in many new areas as well some admin and data entry. You will have good basic marketing skills and Reasonable touch typing skills.

We are looking for an excellent candidate to join us as a marketer working in general admin, SEO and Social Media. You will have some experience in these areas but this is a perfect opportunity for someone ready to learn and take their skills in marketing to the highest level.
Some experience and knowledge in Search Engine Optimization and Social Media is an advantage when applying for this position, but any solid marketing knowledge will be considered, we are looking for people with a range of skills in general admin and marketing areas.
This is a position for an outstanding analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, pays strict attention to detail, is quick to take initiative.
Our team are very flexible and easy to get along with, we believe you should have the flexibility to set the hours you want to regularly work, but these would be regular each week, maybe mornings, evenings, you tell us what suits you.
You will be ensuring you meet DAILY targets set and record times using timesheets. We will give you instructions which are as clear as possible including briefings via our project management system and skype briefings . You can always ask us as many questions as possible until you're absolutely clear about what needs to be done.

What skills will you learn on the job?
(any experience in the following areas is an advantage when applying, but being a fast learner with any marketing skills is more important, this position includes in-depth training to learn the following areas)
* Analyse and develop social media posting schedules
*Setup and manage Social media accounts for clients
*Develop and implement core SEO strategies to improve organic ranking, drive traffic and leads to our client websites.
* Offer continuous website maintenance support to alter web pages and enrich SEO results.
* Optimise and manage multiple SEO campaigns, monitor & improve performance.
* Conduct keyword research including industry trends and competitive analysis.
* Copywriting with best practice knowledge for on-page and off-page copy to optimize site content to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords
* Producing regular and ad-hoc reporting with insight analysis & recommendation of organic search performance and strategies based on quantitative data.
* Using web analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Other SEO software for opportunities identifying and problem diagnosing to improve website performance.
* Internal training and client advising if required.
* Staying current with all search engine updates, manage and adapt to new search engine algorithm, SEO industry trends as well as emerging SEO technologies, opportunities and best practices.
You'd be a great fit for this role if:

* You are google analytics/adwords certified.
* Knowledge and the ability to evaluate HTML, CSS, and Javascript for SEO purposes.
* Experience in Pay Per Click Advertising.
